We'll meet for an hour of yoga at 10:00 AM led by Zen Yoga Garage, followed by a social full of giveaways and surprises - all open air, with City and the Lake as our backdrop.
Expect the usual AMped goodness with health and wellness samplings from our sponsors!
We'll also have a Marketplace up in the sky with items for purchase from some of Chicago's top artists, designers, jewelers, and craft makers!
Stay as long as you'd like and make a day out of it, as we'll have a DJ throwing down grooves to bring a proper boogie by the lake.
